Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parker McQuail (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres's entrance music is Three Lions. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying McQuail's choice of entrance music: Glasgow Kiss. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres has his takedown stuffed
and McQuail makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
McQuail misses with a wild body shot.

McQuail shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Torres napping and manages to drive through into side control!

McQuail is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Torres has escaped the position, nice work there.
McQuail wants to lay and pray for a moment but Torres keeps working.

McQuail has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McQuail drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McQuail jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

McQuail is keen to just control but Torres is a slippery customer.

McQuail is looking for a kimura but Torres is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McQuail to get the leverage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McQuail accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Parker McQuail showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

In his post fight interview, Parker McQuail started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
