Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiba darts in trying to clinch
and Berry counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Berry throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Shiba.
Berry throws a series of punches but Shiba avoids them all with ease.
Berry stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Berry wants it to stay on the feet.
Berry takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Shiba tries to score a power double leg takedown but Berry sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Shiba somewhat.
A punch combination from Berry misses.

Shiba fails with an attempt to clinch.
Shiba fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ardian Shiba. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Berry fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Shiba has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Berry throws a nice looking combination but Shiba bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Shiba takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

and Berry counters with a straight right hand.

Berry looking to score a takedown here. Shiba is defending well but Berry drives through and ends up in Shiba's guard.

Shiba is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Berry defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Shiba looking to control but Berry passes into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Berry postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Shiba to stand up.

Berry darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Shiba moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Berry is posturing up here but Shiba has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Berry tries to roll out but it's too tight and Berry has to tap! Slick submission there by Shiba!
