Shalbovich's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Funeral of Queen Mary. Jack Tripper is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tripper lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Maxim Shalbovich has been cut.

Shalbovich moves into range and clinches up with Tripper.
Shalbovich is trying to break the clinch but Tripper has him pressed against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Tripper's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Shalbovich tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tripper just stands there and leans against the cage.
Shalbovich wants to stall.
Shalbovich is working for takedown but Tripper is calmly controlling the position for now.
Tripper scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A nice left hand lands by Tripper.

Shalbovich manages to break the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tripper steps in with a hook that catches Shalbovich right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Tripper follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Shalbovich looks absolutely devastated.
