The crowd seem to be enjoying Watson's choice of entrance music: Tub Thumper - Chumbawamba. Michael Watson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson throws a series of strikes that have Rabban backpedaling.
Rabban really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rabban looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Watson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Watson stalks Rabban and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rabban's face. Rabban staggers backwards, shaken.

Rabban is rocked!
Watson moves in looking to clinch but Rabban pushes him off.
Oh Rabban is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Watson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rabban sprawls well initially but Watson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Watson wants to stand up but Rabban is controlling the position.
Watson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Rabban knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Rabban seems to have got his legs back now.
Watson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Watson wants to free his trapped foot but Rabban is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Watson escapes and gets back to his feet.

Watson throws a lazy right hand but Rabban sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Watson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Rabban has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Rabban and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Watson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Watson throws a right and a left that Rabban avoids nicely.

Watson tries to break free but Rabban pushes him back against the cage.
Watson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Watson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Watson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rabban uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Watson.
Rabban changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Watson tries to avoid it but Rabban manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Watson to the ground. Watson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rabban dodges the punch combination from Watson.

Watson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rabban swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Watson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Rabban is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Watson defends well.

The crowd cheers as Watson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rabban doesn't seem phased though.

Rabban is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Watson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Watson pushes Rabban away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Rabban gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Watson tries to bench press Rabban off him but Rabban keeps the position.

Watson wants to get back to his feet but Rabban drags him back down.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Michael Watson wasn't active enough on the ground.
Watson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Watson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rabban is trying to defend but Watson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Well Watson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
