Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stanislav Popovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Potter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Potter's choice of entrance music: der Fluch. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popovich wants to clinch up but Potter keeps it at a distance.
Potter shoots in for a takedown but Popovich shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Potter displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Popovich.

Potter gets tackled into the cage by Popovich. Popovich maintains the clinch.
Potter has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Popovich after a bit of a struggle.

Potter has picked Popovich up - he's going for a ride! Potter dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Potter wants to work for an arm triangle but Popovich is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Popovich is looking to clinch but Potter is avoiding it.
Potter looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Popovich is fending him off so far but Potter persists. Nope, Popovich circles away and we're back to standing.

Potter drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Popovich manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Potter manages to get himself to full guard.

Potter dives in and grabs Popovich's left leg, looking for a takedown. Popovich pushes down on Potter's head and hops out.
Popovich lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Potter can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Popovich and Potter drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Popovich.
