Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Ostin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bam Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunn tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Ostin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Ostin jumps guard but Dunn stands there with Ostin around his waist. Ostin gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ostin's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Dunn passes Ostin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Dunn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ostin does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ostin is looking for a sweep. Dunn is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ostin is staying active underneath Dunn, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dunn has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ostin defend it? Dunn steps over the head and cranks it - Ostin is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dunn!
