Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gary Bunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Burbank Bulldog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunn comes to the cage accompanied by Go to Sleep - Eminem. Bulldog has chosen British Bulldog as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Bunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Burbank Bulldog!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Bunn catches Bulldog right on the button with a cross.
Bulldog stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bunn.
Bulldog misses with a double jab.
Bunn connects with a solid leg kick.
Bunn misses with a shot to the body
and Bulldog counters with a one-two to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Bunn. No joy for Bulldog on that attempt.
Bunn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bulldog lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A swing and a miss from Bulldog.
Gary Bunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bunn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bulldog at a distance.
Bulldog changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bunn tries to avoid it but Bulldog manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bunn to the ground. Bunn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bunn thumps Bulldog with a low kick.
Horrible takedown by Bulldog or perhaps it was just good defense by Bunn which made him look bad.
Gary Bunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Burbank Bulldog.
Bunn tries a head kick but it misses.
Bunn lands a right hook to the body.

Bunn lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

The fight stays on the outside here - Bulldog looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bulldog throws a series of punches but Bunn avoids them all with ease.
Bulldog throws a lazy uppercut
and Bunn counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Bunn clobbers Bulldog with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bulldog fails to land with a series of punches.
Bunn misses with a jab, cross combination.
The crowd cheers as Bunn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bulldog doesn't seem phased though.
Bunn keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Bunn lands with a good body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bulldog misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bulldog looks to land a combination but Bunn avoids it well.

Bunn swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Bulldog counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Bulldog looks gassed!
Bunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bulldog is one step ahead there.
Bunn manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Bulldog wants to try and get back to his feet.

Bunn wants to control the pace but Bulldog is squirming around nicely.
Bunn takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Bunn tries to control but Bulldog wriggling away.
Bunn tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Bunn wants to finish this one by submission but Bulldog is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bunn.

Bunn landing strikes from the mount and Bulldog is in trouble!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bunn can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bulldog is looking to escape.
Bunn lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bulldog is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Bunn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bulldog looks a forlorn figure.
Bunn fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gary Bunn dominated that round.
That's time! Bunn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Bulldog misses with a jab, cross combination.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bunn. That's going to slow Bulldog down.
Bulldog on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Bulldog shoots in but Bunn avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Bunn.
Nice body punch from Bunn.
Bunn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A punch lands to the side of Bulldog 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bunn throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bulldog on the side of the head.
Bunn connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bulldog takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bulldog takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bunn is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bulldog can do to turn this around?

Bunn is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bulldog's half guard.
Bunn drops an elbow to the side of Bulldog's head.
Bunn scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Bunn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bunn is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Bulldog reverses the position - he's now on top in Bunn's guard.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bulldog would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bunn wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Burbank Bulldog hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bunn throws a nice outside leg kick.
Bulldog shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bulldog takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bulldog moves forwards but Bunn connects with a nice, crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gary Bunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Burbank Bulldog.
Bulldog is breathing heavily.
Bulldog is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Burbank Bulldog is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Bunn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bulldog stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bunn throws a nice outside leg kick.
The crowd cheers as Bunn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bulldog doesn't seem phased though.
Good leg kick by Bunn there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bunn shoots in looking for a takedown. Bulldog tries to sprawl out of it but Bunn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bulldog manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bunn turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Bunn lands a nice looking body shot.
Bunn scores with a body shot.
Bunn lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bulldog misses the body punch
and Bunn counters with a slapping leg kick.
Bunn lands a leg kick that knocks Bulldog off balance momentarily.
Bulldog has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Bulldog wants to clinch up but Bunn keeps it at a distance.
Bunn smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Jab, jab by Bunn - just one landing.
Bulldog's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Bunn fails to land with a series of punches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bunn works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bunn fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Bunn jabs Bulldog to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bunn.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gary Bunn dominated that second round.
That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Bulldog takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bulldog tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bunn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bunn ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Bulldog clinches up with Bunn and pushes him back against the cage.

Bunn gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bulldog tries to get to full guard but Bunn has control of the leg.
Bunn keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Bunn prevents Bulldog from standing back up.
Bunn content to control rather than advance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bulldog is trying to control but can't.
Bulldog takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Bunn passes to side control.
Bunn scoring with punches and elbows.
Bunn advances to mount.
Bulldog is trying to escape the mount.
Bunn landing strikes from the mount and Bulldog is in trouble!
Bunn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bulldog looks a forlorn figure.


Bulldog is rocked!
Gary Bunn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bulldog takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Bulldog is still in real trouble! Can Bunn finish him?
Bulldog is trying to stand up.
Bunn postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Bulldog in real trouble here! The ref calls for Bulldog to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gary Bunn!
Gary Bunn really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that TFP Graphics - Pit Inc logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
