Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dan Backslide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chop Meat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Backslide comes into the arena with The Dover Boys blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meat tries to close the distance and clinch but Backslide swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Backslide throws a series of strikes that have Meat backpedaling.

Meat is rocked!

It looks like Chop Meat has been cut.
Backslide throws a right hand that Meat ducks under and follows up with a left that Meat also avoids with ease.
Meat is still on wobbly legs! Can Backslide finish him?
Meat wants to clinch up but Backslide keeps it at a distance.
Meat showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Backslide.

Meat gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Meat throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Backslide misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Meat.
Backslide lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Backslide scores a nice knee to the body.
Meat wants to break the clinch but can't.
Meat on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Meat throws an elbow but it misses.

Backslide breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Backslide dances in with a quick combination. Meat is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Backslide snaps Meat's head back. Meat stumbles backwards against the cage. Backslide steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Meat's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Meat just didn't come prepared.
