Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between MC Mistro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kennedy has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Justin Kennedy has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with MC Mistro's chin.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Mistro.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kennedy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mistro wants to control but Kennedy is keeping him busy.
Mistro in side control, throwing shots but Kennedy defends.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kennedy struggling a bit here.
Mistro stands up.
Mistro rushes Kennedy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mistro lands an elbow that stopped Kennedy in his tracks for a moment.
Mistro pulls Kennedy into guard.
Mistro throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Mistro manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Mistro lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Mistro can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kennedy is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mistro trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Mistro is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kennedy is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Mistro has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kennedy's face.
Mistro can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kennedy is looking to escape.
Mistro is really struggling to control Kennedy but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Mistro lands a heavy elbow.
Mistro landing punches.
Mistro is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Mistro raining down shots from the mount!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mistro looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Mistro is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kennedy can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Kennedy is rocked!
Mistro stands up from mount. Strange move.
Kennedy is still on wobbly legs! Can Mistro finish him?
Kennedy is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Mistro Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Kennedy is out cold, face down on the mat!
