Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Kickstart. Royce Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gracie throws a series of punches but Junior moves out of range.
A big right from Gracie misses.
Junior scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Junior takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Donk. Gracie catches Junior right on the button with a cross.
Junior ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gracie moves away.

Gracie throws a looping overhand right but Junior ducks down to avoid it.

Junior takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Royce Gracie has been cut.
Junior ducks under a wild hook from Gracie.
Junior throws a shot to the body.
Gracie jabs Junior to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Gracie throws an off balance right hand
enabling Junior to counter with a crisp jab.
Gracie throws a looping overhand right but Junior ducks down to avoid it.
Junior will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gracie looks to land a left hand but Junior moved out of range nicely.

and Junior counters with a crisp one two that drops Gracie! Junior thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gracie to his feet! Gracie is in big trouble!

Gracie is rocked!

and Junior counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gracie! He's just covering up as Junior starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

In his post fight interview, Thiago Junior started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
