The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Terra is fending him off so far but Thompson persists. Nope, Terra circles away and we're back to standing.

Terra fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Terra shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Thompson's guard.

Terra connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Thompson momentarily.
Terra throws a leg kick which misses Thompson's front leg but catches the back leg as Thompson tries to avoid it.

Terra does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Terra tries to break free but Thompson pushes him back against the cage.

Terra shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Terra was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Terra changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Thompson tries to avoid it but Terra manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Thompson to the ground. Thompson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
