Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenpachi Zaraki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Silva!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zaraki gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Zaraki walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Silva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Zaraki circles away.
Zaraki really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Silva looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kenpachi Zaraki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Silva.
Zaraki circles away from the clinch attempt

and Zaraki counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Silva's guard now.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Silva keeping full guard, as Zaraki tries to pass.

Zaraki drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Silva dives on top into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva wants to control from the top but Zaraki keeps moving.

Zaraki has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Silva should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Zaraki has tightened it up now! Silva should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
