Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nice defenses there by Wong.

Maximus scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Wong to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
It looks like Chaz Wong has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Maximus scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Maximus lands a head kick that bluckles Wong and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Maximus no doubt looking to push for a finish!
Wong is rocked!

Wong takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Maximus fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Maximus closes the distance and catches Wong with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Wong is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Wong is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Wong is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Maximus takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Brutus Maximus!
A relieved looking Brutus Maximus thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
