The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilmour thuds his right hand into Xavier's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Gilmour with a jab.

It looks like James Xavier has been cut.
Xavier moves to clinch but Gilmour breaks away
and Gilmour connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gilmour pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Xavier has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Gilmour finds it's way round the side to connect with Xavier's head.
Gilmour ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Xavier moves away.
A chopping leg kick lands by Gilmour.
Gilmour throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Gilmour drops Xavier with a naaaaasty hook - Xavier is in real trouble here! Gilmour dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
