Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Einar Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phal Um (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Einar Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phal Um!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Um throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Um misses with an uppercut.
Jab, jab by Lee - just one landing.

Lee has closed the distance and engaged Um in a clinch.
Lee is trying to push Um away but Um has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Um is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lee gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Lee tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Um takes an elbow to the temple.
A head punch on the inside from Um fails to land.

Um breaks from the clinch.
Lee throws a series of punches but Um moves out of range.
Um is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lee sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A good leg kick by Lee.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Um shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Um showed some decent athleticism there.
Lee is staying active underneath Um, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Lee regains full guard. Nicely done.

Lee tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lee trying to keep a closed guard but Um is proving a slippery customer.
Um wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Um doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee thows a body shot but no joy.
Um staying out of range there.
Um pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lee back to the cage. Um follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Lee tries to keep at a distance but Um has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lee with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lee.
Um takes a knee right on the jaw!
Lee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Um is defending well for now.
Um throws a head punch that misses.
Um tries to circle away but Lee has him pinned against the cage.
Lee has Um pressed against the cage, preventing Um from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Um is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lee is keeping busy.
Um avoids a wild elbow strike from Lee.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Um gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Um is working Lee over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Um trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Lee pulls Um in close to prevent any damage.
Um stands up over Lee, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Um throws a big right hand that misses.
Lee wants to stand and escape but Um is having none of it.
Lee has momentary wrist control but Um slips an elbow through the middle.

Lee manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Um fails with a takedown attempt.
Einar Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phal Um.
Um shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Um keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lee scores with a jab to the jaw.
Lee takes one on the button.
Einar Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee stuffs the takedown attempt from Um. Um gets slowly back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circling - Um throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Um moves away from the strike by Lee.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Some wild striking there from Lee.
Lee fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Lee waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Um.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Einar Lee will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Um misses with an uppercut. Lee saw that one coming.

A jab lands there for Lee.
Lee tries to bum rush Um with a series of wild strikes but Um uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Um jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Um.
Lee lands a jab to Um's midsection.

Lee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Um shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Um tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Um moves out of range easily.

Lee lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Um avoids the head kick by Lee.
Lee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lee goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Lee lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Um circles away quickly and effectively.
A looping hook to the body misses from Um. Lee does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lee moves in looking to clinch but Um pushes him off.
Lee takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Um slips a straight right by Lee.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Um moves away.
Lee throws a head kick but Um moves out of range.

Lee throws a looping overhand right but Um ducks down to avoid it.
Lee misses the shot to the body.

Lee gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Um throws a head punch that misses.
Lee tries to land a knee to the head but Um blocks with his arms.

Um keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lee's efforts to push away.

Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Um walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Um throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Um off to one side.

Um throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lee counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Um throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Um off to one side.

Lee cracks a nice hook into Um's ribs.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lee. Um does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lee clobbers Um with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lee throws a jab but it's blocked by Um.
Lee plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Um changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Um manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lee stalks Um and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Um's face. Um staggers backwards, shaken.

Um is rocked!
Lee feints a jab and as Um dips his head, Lee unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Um right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Um falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Lee smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
