Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Mott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Valesquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valesquez has chosen "Ratamahatta" by Sepultura as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mott misses with a leg kick.
Valesquez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Mott missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Mott trying to control the position from guard on top but Valesquez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Valesquez is working an open guard so Mott takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Mott throws a series of punches but Valesquez avoids them all with ease.
Mott throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Valesquez was covering up waiting for the punch and Mott finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mott working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Valesquez's head.
Mott pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Valesquez is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mott throws a strike but Valesquez rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Mott tries to strike from the bottom.
Mott looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mott is trying to control the position but Valesquez postures up.
Mott has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mott looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Mott is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Valesquez frees his head nicely. Oh but Mott has switched to an armbar! Valesquez is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A very excited looking John Mott rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
