The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Rush tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mabuva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Mabuva throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kye Rush seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
