Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gearo Husamanto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Kowalczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Husamanto comes into the arena with paradise blaring out of the sound system. Bryan Kowalczyk will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kowalczyk throws a head kick but Husamanto moves out of range.
Kowalczyk jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A combination from Kowalczyk does no damage.
Husamanto attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Husamanto gets a clinch.

Husamanto has Kowalczyk pressed up against the ropes. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Husamanto pulls back from the ropes and twists to the side, sending Kowalczyk tumbling to the mat - Husamanto dives into Kowalczyk's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kowalczyk can do anything to dispel that myth.
Husamanto looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Husamanto winds up and cracks Kowalczyk with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Husamanto uses his free foot to push down on Kowalczyk's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kowalczyk.
BOOM! Husamanto connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Kowalczyk is rocked!

Kowalczyk is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Husamanto locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Kowalczyk is forced to tap!
