The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Paukku misses.
Shishkin attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Paukku avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Shishkin shoots for a takedown but Paukku saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Shishkin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Paukku catches Shishkin with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like Alexey Shishkin has been cut.
Shishkin takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shishkin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Paukku but Paukku pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Paukku cracks Shishkin's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Shishkin slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Paukku can do further damage! This one is done, son!
