Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petri Pakkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pakkanen has chosen Loost Koos - Pakkasta as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pakkanen closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kendall counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Pakkanen tries to clinch but Kendall moves away
and Kendall counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pakkanen thinking.
Pakkanen darts in trying to clinch
and Kendall counters with an outside leg kick.
Kendall lands with a straight right. Pakkanen didn't see that one coming.
Kendall circles away from the clinch attempt
and Kendall counters with a crisp one two that drops Pakkanen! Kendall thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Pakkanen to his feet! Pakkanen is in big trouble!

Pakkanen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pakkanen looks to clinch
and Kendall counters with a slapping leg kick.
Pakkanen moves forwards but Kendall connects with a nice, crisp jab.

enabling Kendall to counter with a crisp jab.
Pakkanen is still on wobbly legs! Can Kendall finish him?

Pakkanen tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Kendall finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Pakkanen seems to have recovered his senses.
Pakkanen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Kendall counters with a left to the body.
Chris Kendall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kendall throws a jab but it's blocked by Pakkanen.
Kendall lands a jab to the head.
Kendall circles away from the clinch attempt
and Kendall counters with an inside leg kick.
Kendall sends Pakkanen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kendall is motioning to the referee to let Pakkanen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kendall steps in with a hook that catches Pakkanen right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Kendall follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Pakkanen looks absolutely devastated.
