The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montain dodges the punch combination from Dotson.
Montain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Montain shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dotson sprawls well. Dotson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Montain gets slowly back to his feet.

It looks like Emerson Montain has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Dotson counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Montain off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Dotson follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Montain was out before he hit the floor.
