The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold lunges at Moony with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Moony's hand.

Gold decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Moony is looking to escape.
Gold controlling the pace.
Moony looks like he's trying to stand up.
Gold slips a nice elbow through Moony's hands, connecting with Moony's forehead.
Gold looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gold lands with a punch from half guard.

Moony is trying to stand back up but Gold is controlling him

Moony pushes Gold off and gets back to his feet.

and Gold counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Gold connects with a leg kick. Moony looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Moony is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gold.

and Gold counters by moving into the clinch.
Moony fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gold digs a right hand underneath Moony's ribcage. Moony let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Moony is breathing heavily.

Gold closes the distance and pushes Moony back into the cage.
Moony has a couple of punches blocked by Gold.
Gold leaning his opponent against the cage.
Moony wants to break free but Gold has control.

Moony wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Oh Moony is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gold unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Moony! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Gold is unloading with more strikes now! Moony drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
