Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oliver Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Brown!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown avoids the body shot from Khan.
Oliver Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brown looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Khan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Khan tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Khan tries to avoid it but Brown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Khan to the ground. Khan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oliver Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Brown.
Khan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brown moves away.
Khan tries to clinch there but Brown circles away.

Brown shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Khan as he avoids it easily.

Brown tries to keep at a distance but Khan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Khan lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Brown or not.
Khan is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Brown drops down looking for an ankle pick but Khan pulls his leg out and moves away.

Brown shoots for a double leg takedown but Khan sprawls well. He's pushed Brown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Khan's waist but Khan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Brown has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Khan is working away from the top position though.

I would just about give that final round to Jack Brown.
Well Khan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
