The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lee moves forwards but Skye connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lee swings for the body but Skye moves out of range.
Lee with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Skye to score with a decent uppercut.
Skye stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Skye moves away.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Skye gets caught flat footed, as Lee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Lee drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Skye dives on top into guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Lee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Skye stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Skye's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
