Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Reimer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christopher Reimer is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Fist!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Christopher Reimer!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reimer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Reimer counters by moving into the clinch.
Reimer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Fist pulls his leg out and moves away.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Reimer - that will leave a mark!

Reimer is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Reimer in particular looking to stall.

It looks like Reimer might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Christopher Reimer hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Fist rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reimer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Reimer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fist tries to avoid it but Reimer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fist to the ground. Fist escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jack Fist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christopher Reimer.
Reimer takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Reimer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fist's waist but Fist gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reimer off to one side.

Fist lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fist.

and Reimer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Reimer drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Reimer tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Reimer works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fist wants to hit a switch here but Reimer passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Fist there!
Fist is squirming around, avoiding Reimer's attempts to control the action.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Fist's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Fist stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fist wants it to stay on the feet.
Jack Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Reimer counters by clinching up.
Reimer manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Reimer takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Reimer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fist swivels though and keeps the full guard.

And that's the end of the fight!

I think Fist has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
