Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juri Koczinsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyril Zakharov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zakharov has chosen Russian National Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The fight stays on the outside here - Zakharov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Zakharov throws a knee to the head but misses.

Koczinsky goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Koczinsky blocks the elbow strike.
Zakharov misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Koczinsky.
Zakharov throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Koczinsky misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Koczinsky has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Zakharov throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Koczinsky blocks it with crossed arms.
Koczinsky is trying to pull guard but Zakharov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Koczinsky is trying to stall.
Zakharov is looking to control Koczinsky's arms but Koczinsky gets an underhook and turns him. Now Zakharov has his back to the cage.
Koczinsky jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Zakharov walks away with a smile on his face. Koczinsky gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Koczinsky keeps the fight on the outside.
Zakharov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Koczinsky manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zakharov fails in his attempt to clinch.
Koczinsky connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Koczinsky circles away from the clinch attempt.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Koczinsky moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Zakharov! Koczinsky continues to tee off on Zakharov, landing with a left and a right! Koczinsky connects with a right hand that leaves Zakharov sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Koczinsky!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Juri Koczinsky!
