Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shinigami Hyuuku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seifer Shinra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hyuuku might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Killing In The Name Of/Rage Against The Machine. Shinra has chosen Final Fantasy 7 Boss Battle Theme as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shinra gets a takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Shinra is keen to just control but Hyuuku is a slippery customer.
Shinra lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Hyuuku is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Shinra to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Shinra shrugs it off.

Shinra closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hyuuku's guard.

Hyuuku swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Shinra is now in Hyuuku's guard. A big mistake from Hyuuku there, giving up the dominant position!

Shinra is pressing down on Hyuuku's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hyuuku is holding on for now.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Shinra throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hyuuku.

Shinra shoots in and bounces Hyuuku off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Shinra drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hyuuku dives on top into guard.

Shinra had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hyuuku defends it easily.

Seifer Shinra showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Shinra leaves Hyuuku with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
