Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between The Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitchell Lamzak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Machine lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lamzak circles away quickly and effectively.
Lamzak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lamzak wants it to stay on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Machine is defended easily by Lamzak.

Machine looks to land a combination but Lamzak avoids it well.
Lamzak feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Machine's calf.
Machine tries to close the distance and clinch but Lamzak swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lamzak tries to bum rush Machine with a series of wild strikes but Machine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lamzak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Machine fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lamzak sprawls well initially but Machine persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Machine feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
