The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sau Yat leaves Helks with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Helks closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sau Yat lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
