Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nek Minute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Lynix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Minute comes to the cage accompanied by Meet in the Middle. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minute on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Lynix lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Lynix digs a good body shot into Minute's ribs.
Minute doesn't manage to clinch there - Lynix circles away.
Lynix lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Lynix fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Minute on the side of the head.
Lynix lands a nice shot that snaps Minute's head back.

Minute shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Minute has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Lynix's face.

Minute goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Lynix turns into him and now he's in Minute's guard.
Lynix looking to sit in guard and control but Minute gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Minute loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Minute wanted to stand there but Lynix had control of the position.
Lynix is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Lynix is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Minute still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Minute has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Minute throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Lynix to regain full guard.

Lynix manages to escape and get back to his feet.
A punch lands to the side of Minute 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Lynix stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lynix wants it to stay on the feet.

Minute looking to control but instead Lynix has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Lynix avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Minute.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nice uppercut lands for Lynix. That snapped Minute's head back.

Lynix might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Minute throws a wild hook but Lynix just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Minute gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Lynix raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lars Lynix!
A relieved looking Lars Lynix thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
