Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Toby Imada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Svend Torken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torken is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Svend Torken!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torken throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Imada sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Torken listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Torken stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Torken wants it to stay on the feet.
Torken throws a leg kick that misses.
Torken lands with a nice body punch.
Imada bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Imada is trying to get an arm triangle but Torken is defending well.

Torken is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Imada off and has taken his back!

Imada working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Torken doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Torken manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Imada wants to sweep but no luck.

Torken stands up and waves to Imada to follow him.
Imada shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Torken defends it nicely.

Imada has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Imada shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Torken pinned against the cage. Torken gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Imada shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Torken sprawls well. Torken wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Imada gets slowly back to his feet.

Torken wants to control but Imada is keeping busy.
Imada uses his free foot to push down on Torken's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Torken.
Imada goes for an armbar but Torken turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Torken.
Imada is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Torken defends well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nice sprawl there from Torken as Imada shoots in.
Torken ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Torken throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Imada stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Torken swings for the body but Imada moves out of range.
Torken drops Imada with a right and a left! Torken comes rushing in but Imada regains his composure and manages to keep Torken in guard.
Imada is rocked!
It looks like Toby Imada has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Imada looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Imada is looking for a triangle but Torken pushes his legs off easily.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Svend Torken wasn't active enough on the ground.
Torken tries to work over Imada's front leg with a kick but Imada checks it.
Torken is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Imada rather than just go for the knockout.
Imada moves away from the strike by Torken.
Torken dips to his left and cracks Imada with an uppercut!
Imada shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Torken as he jumps to the side.

No joy there for Imada, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Torken looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Imada will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Imada shoots in looking for a takedown. Torken tries to sprawl out of it but Imada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Torken manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Svend Torken is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Torken drops his shoulder and cracks Imada with a huge uppercut! Imada goes down! Can Torken finish him?
Oh Imada is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Torken postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Imada covers up, he's hurt! Torken keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Torken and the ref steps in to end the fight! Torken can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Svend Torken!
