Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eildon Heap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Materson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Materson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heap tries to clinch up but Materson circles away and keeps his distance.

Materson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Materson seems to be looking for submissions.
Materson wants to control but Heap is keeping him busy.
