Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kreg Yamovitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Zimmerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zimmerman has chosen Linkin Park-- What Ive Done as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kreg Yamovitch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Zimmerman!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Yamovitch lands a nice hook to Zimmerman's body. Zimmerman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Zimmerman jabs Yamovitch to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A combination from Yamovitch does no damage.

Yamovitch tries to clinch but Zimmerman moves out of range.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zimmerman lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Yamovitch has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Yamovitch and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Zimmerman closes the distance and pushes Yamovitch back into the cage.

Zimmerman is trying to drag Yamovitch to the mat but Yamovitch just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zimmerman flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Zimmerman throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Yamovitch manages to pass to side control.

Yamovitch is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Zimmerman defends it well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Yamovitch throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zimmerman was covering up waiting for the punch and Yamovitch finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Zimmerman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Yamovitch!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
