Kim comes to the cage accompanied by "We Be Clubbin (Eye of the Tiger Remix)" by Ice Cube . Slater has chosen Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen as his entrance music. Yedo Kim has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Slater misses
and Kim counters with a nice body kick.
Slater fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kim manages to avoid it.
Slater misses with a hook. Kim ducked under it nicely.
Kim tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Slater was well out of range. Poor timing from Kim.
Slater misses with a head kick.
Slater ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Kim throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kim tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Nice uppercut there from Kim.

It looks like Jack Slater has been cut.
A low kick from Kim misses
and Slater counters with a left and a right that stings Kim.
Slater throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slater walks into a left hand.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Slater.
Slater throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Slater attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kim avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kim looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Slater ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Slater throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kim.
Slater lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Kim misses the jab.
Slater lands with a thumping leg kick.

Slater throws a lazy uppercut
and Kim connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kim wants to land a leg kick but Slater is out of range.
Slater looks to land a left hand but Kim moved out of range nicely.
Slater has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Slater there as he acknowledges the shot.

That has opened up Jack Slater's cut even more.
Kim drops his hands momentarily and Slater takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Slater misses with a kick to the body.

Kim cracks Slater with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Slater looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kim finish him?

Slater looks gassed!
Kim throws a quick head kick that knocks Slater silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Kim is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Yedo Kim!
Yedo Kim gave a mention to Supersize Me in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
