Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Levi King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Musashimaru Koyo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King's entrance music is Lou Reed - Perfect Day. A fine choice. Koyo has chosen "Tengoku Kara Kaminari" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Levi King!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 5 - 2, fighting out of New York, Musashimaru Koyo!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King tries to clinch but Koyo moves out of range.

A momentary lapse in concentration from King enables Koyo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. King manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Koyo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
King ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Koyo moves away.
Koyo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively.
King will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

King clinches up with Koyo and pushes him back against the cage.

Koyo feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends King sprawling to the canvas! King rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Koyo finish him?!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Koyo softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and King is out cold! Koyo jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 5, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Musashimaru Koyo! Musashimaru Koyo retains his super heavyweight title!
Musashimaru Koyo really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Supersize Me logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
