Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Ricky Ho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Rumble!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ho. Ho circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ho jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ho looks to land a left hand but Rumble moved out of range nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Ho. Those never looked like landing.
Rumble jabs Ho to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A punch combination from Ho misses.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Rumble avoids a punch combination nicely.

Ho tries to bum rush Rumble with a series of wild strikes but Rumble uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rumble ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ho moves away.
Rumble fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ho takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Rumble changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Rumble moves out of range of the body kick.
Rumble wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ho tries to work over Rumble's front leg with a kick but Rumble checks it.
Rumble is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Ho rather than just go for the knockout.

Ho throws a front kick aimed at Rumble's knee but Rumble avoids it well.
Rumble takes a swing at Ho's ribcage but misses.

Rumble is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ho.
Ho shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Rumble eats them both and turns towards Ho to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Ho ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Rumble tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ho was well out of range. Poor timing from Rumble.
Rumble lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ho lunges at Rumble with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Rumble's hand.
Ho throws a hook to the side of Rumble's head but Rumble sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

And that's the end of the fight!
Joe Rumble comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rumble has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
