Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zachariah Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunstar Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne comes into the arena with Open your eyes before you die! blaring out of the sound system. Hero has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne looks to score with a jab to the body but Hero is just out of range.

Wayne ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hero moves away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wayne. Hero does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wayne lunges at Hero with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hero's hand.

Wayne jabs Hero right on the nose. Hero blinks but takes it well.
Hero throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wayne lands with a thumping leg kick.
Wayne closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wayne has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wayne misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Wayne takes a little break here. Hero wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Hero takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Wayne's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
