PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ravil Lebedev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Nunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nunn is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lil Wayne - Drop The World ft. Eminem. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nunn takes the fight into the clinch.
Nunn is trying to push Lebedev away but Lebedev has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Nunn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lebedev is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Nunn to the mat. Nunn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Lebedev turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lebedev manages to end up in side control.
