What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Hallavaara 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Roastbeef shoots in for a double leg but Hallavaara sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Roastbeef fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nice takedown defense from Hallavaara. No joy for Roastbeef on that attempt.
Unski Hallavaara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Roastbeef.
Hallavaara tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roastbeef swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Roastbeef scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Roastbeef misses with a leg kick.
Hallavaara fails in his attempt to clinch.
Roastbeef looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Roastbeef closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hallavaara quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Roastbeef lands a nice short elbow.
Roastbeef prevents Hallavaara from improving his position.

Hallavaara kicks off Roastbeef and gets to his feet.

Roastbeef fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Roastbeef misses with an attempted mid kick.
Roastbeef pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Roastbeef chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hallavaara is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Roastbeef looks to score with a jab to the body but Hallavaara is just out of range.
Hallavaara lands with a nice combination. Roastbeef backs away looking to recover.
Johnny Roastbeef seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roastbeef misses with an uppercut.
Hallavaara throws a right and a left that Roastbeef avoids nicely.
Hallavaara tries to clinch up but Roastbeef circles away and keeps his distance.
Roastbeef throws a leg kick but Hallavaara sees it coming and moves out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hallavaara ducks right into an uppercut from Roastbeef.
Roastbeef finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Hallavaara's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Roastbeef falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
