Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Gryphen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ythomas Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley has chosen bullet in my hand as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gryphen feints and as Riley raises his hands in defense, Gryphen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gryphen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riley swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Riley is wriggling around but Gryphen manages to pass to half guard.
Gryphen is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Riley tries to lock up and control but Gryphen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Forrest Gryphen.

Gryphen has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Forrest Gryphen decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
