Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Strep Agalactaciae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Death Blooms By Mudvayne. Strep Agalactaciae told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agalactaciae throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Adams.
Adams throws a hook but Agalactaciae blocks it.
Adams lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Agalactaciae fails to land the takedown.

Agalactaciae looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Adams is fending him off so far but Agalactaciae persists. Nope, Adams circles away and we're back to standing.

Agalactaciae stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Adams swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Adams is on top in guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Agalactaciae is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Adams's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Adams's back!

Agalactaciae is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Adams with him. Adams is trying to defend but Agalactaciae has an arm under the chin now! Adams grimaces and is forced to tap out!
