Fighter feints and as Ashe raises his hands in defense, Fighter changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Fighter stands up and waves to Ashe to follow him.
Fighter takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Fighter shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ashe's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
