Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Can Spam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Sleep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sleep does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Spam throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Sleep is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Spam wants to land a leg kick but Sleep is out of range.

Spam fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sleep, pushing him back against the ropes.

It looks like Arthur Sleep has been cut.

Spam's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Sleep has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Spam throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sleep blocks it with crossed arms.
Spam using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Sleep has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Spam has Sleep pressed against the ropes, preventing Sleep from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Sleep wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Spam has him pressed against the ropes.

Sleep is trying to break the clinch but Spam is controlling him.

Spam has Sleep pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Sleep is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Spam - that's hurt Sleep badly! Oh, another knee lands and Sleep is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Sleep doesn't seem to be complaining.
