Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Runihura Ojore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connor Young will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ojore shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Young as he jumps to the side.
Young buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Young throws a right hand that Ojore ducks under and follows up with a left that Ojore also avoids with ease.

Young is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ojore is pushing down on Young's leg trying to pass to half guard. Young is fighting to maintain full guard but Ojore has managed to sneak the leg through.

Young has control of Ojore's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ojore regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Runihura Ojore will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Ojore bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
