Dempsey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Van Dam's waist but Van Dam gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dempsey off to one side.

Van Dam feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Dempsey crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
