Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels comes to the cage accompanied by Bad to the Bone. Junior Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Daniels walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Silva checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daniels manages to avoid it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Silva is on top in guard.

Silva misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Junior Silva really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that MMA ANIMAL logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
