Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nuke Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daouda Kaho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daouda Kaho!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu blocks a jab.
Kaho misses the jab.
The fighters circle momentarily. Yu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kaho throws a right hand that Yu ducks under and follows up with a left that Yu also avoids with ease.
Kaho looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kaho cracks Yu with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Yu moves forwards but Kaho connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kaho throws a hook to the side of Yu's head but Yu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kaho rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Kaho throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Kaho throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Yu.
Kaho connects with a right hand. Yu shakes it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A lazy left from Yu finds it's target.
Yu throws the left hand but Kaho avoids the punch easily.
Kaho misses with a double jab.
Yu looks to land a left hand but Kaho moved out of range nicely.
Kaho loads up on a big right hand but Yu slips the punch.
Yu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kaho lands with an overhand left.

Yu throws a looping overhand right but Kaho ducks down to avoid it.
Yu blocks a leg kick.

Kaho fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Kaho lands a really nice looking cross but Yu seems unphased.
Kaho tries to bum rush Yu with a series of wild strikes but Yu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Yu bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Daouda Kaho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yu is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Kaho.
Kaho misses with a straight left.
Kaho throws a combination that misses
and Yu counters with a straight right hand.

and Yu counters with a nice uppercut.
A punch lands to the side of Yu 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Yu is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kaho swings for the body but Yu moves out of range.
Kaho misses with a series of wild punches.
Yu gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kaho avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Yu missing with a left hand there. Kaho was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Yu counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Yu smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kaho throws a low kick but it's checked well by Yu.
Yu lands a body shot.
Kaho cracks Yu with a right hand to the side of the head.
Good standup being displayed there by Yu as he connects with a hook.
Yu avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yu avoids the body shot from Kaho.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kaho tries to land a leg kick but Yu saw it coming and moves away.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Nuke Yu will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Yu lands with a shot to the body.

Kaho misses with a left hand
and Yu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Yu drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kaho right on the button. Kaho goes down! Yu follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Yu gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nuke Yu!
After winning the bout, Nuke Yu thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
