Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Braydon Olbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradah Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Braydon Olbo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bradah Kai!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Olbo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kai throws a series of punches but Olbo moves out of range.
Kai misses with a head kick.
Olbo throws a good cross that connects.
Olbo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kai with a poor takedown

and Olbo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Olbo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Kai working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Olbo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Olbo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Olbo wants to control from the top but Kai keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kai has his foot on Olbo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Olbo works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kai keeping full guard, as Olbo tries to pass.
Kai lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Olbo!

Kai looking to isolate an arm here. Olbo doesn't see it coming and as Kai extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Kai!
