Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Virgil Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quentin Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beck kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cell Therapy by Goodie Mob. Cane has chosen Rob Zombie - What as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beck stuffs the takedown.
Beck buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Cane misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A left and a right from Cane both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Virgil Beck has been cut.
Beck stuns Cane with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Cane gets tackled into the cage by Beck. Beck maintains the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

A nice leg kick lands there from Beck.

A close round but Quentin Cane will probably get the nod.

Beck bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cane's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Beck cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Cane is rocked!
Beck postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Cane in real trouble here! The ref calls for Cane to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Our winner, Virgil Beck, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
