PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Dominguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pistol Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dominguez comes to the cage accompanied by down with the sickness. Pistol Robinson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dominguez scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Robinson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dominguez - the referee stops the clock and Robinson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dominguez. Robinson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Dominguez is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Robinson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dominguez swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dominguez throws a head kick but Robinson moves out of range.

Robinson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Dominguez has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
